My art
Along the Mesna
This is a beautiful place. Standing on a path, in the middle of the river, which is flooded with water in autumn. I, like many artists before me over the past 100 years, decided to draw my vision of the Mesna River flowing through the cozy town of Lillehammer.
On the way to kindergarten
Every child and adult can feel it. It's morning. Frosty morning in Norway. Imagine how you take your child to kindergarten, just like your parents took you.
Courtyard in Lillehammer
In my opinion, a very interesting alley, very inconspicuous, and very old. I saw how once, a long time ago, someone cleared snow to open this gate, and from there, suddenly, sleighs were rolled out to go to work.
It's getting dark
We all know what a frosty sunny day looks like, and we have seen the evening many times. In this picture it is something between. When the sun, just setting behind the horizon, painted the rich blue snow slightly yellow.
Winter night
Imagine my surprise when I saw the green sky. Opening the doors of the house, breathing in the frosty freshness, I stood there until I froze, and then ran to make sketches. The Norwegian sky is very unusual.
Color of snow
Snow can be very unusual, it reflects any color that falls on it. One evening I was walking along the road and saw how the light from the windows shone through the rose bushes, making the snow shimmer with many colors.
Snow Farm
The most ordinary farm, but when it was covered by snowfall, it almost disappeared. No mountains, no trees, nothing, only silhouettes, at such moments you are amazed by the power of nature. I like this place, I will return there more than once.
Village in the mountains
The small town of Follebu is located in the mountains, very nice and responsive people live there, in the mornings they walk their dogs, run, and go to a local cafe.
Puddles are a river
For some, puddles are just puddles, but for children, it is the bank of a river, a drakkar moored to the pier, and a courageous warrior setting off on a new adventure.
Rainy day
Irises in rosehip bushes
The rays of the breaking sun draw bizarre patterns. The rosehip bush carefully guards the irises.
